April McClaffertyApril was a nurse for 23 years prior to becoming a family nurse practitioner. During her nursing career she focused her attention on providing care to patients on the cardiac unit, renal/urology unit as well as, physician auditing and education. When not caring for patients April enjoys spending time traveling with her husband and 3 children. She also loves tending to her families small hobby farm in Van Alstyne where they care for goats, chickens, and some very spoiled dogs.
